The present invention relates to a molybdenum dioxide dispersion sol composition, comprising: a dispersion agent containing a molybdenum dioxide, acrylate-block copolymer; a photo-curable resin mixture containing urethane acrylate; and a molybdenum dioxide dispersion sol composition containing an organic solvent. The present invention has excellent thermal insulation effect by blocking near infrared wavelength region as infrared rays region, and transparency by maintaining visibility of a visible light.
