The present invention relates to a system for managing students and consulting about a college admission and, more specifically, to a web-based student managing and college admission consulting system which: is able to be used anywhere where a connection is possible through an internet network based on web environment; is able to share works between managers who are in charge of managing students; and remarkably improves efficiency of a student management work by standardizing work content and progress. The present invention includes: a database which stores information for the study management of students; and a management server which includes a management work support module which supports a manager, who is connected through a terminal which is connected by a communication network, about a work for the study management of students and a reading module which provides information stored in the database for the management work support module and stores information inputted in the management work support module in the database. The management work support module includes: a schedule management unit which supports a work about the schedule management of students; a consultation record unit which supports a work about the consultation management of students; a reception/transmission unit which supports the transmission and reception of data with the outside; and a reception/transmission history unit which supports a management work about the reception/transmission history of data through the reception/transmission unit. The present invention improves the efficiency of a management work by standardizing a student management work and sharing work information between managers.
