The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an LED lamp having a case integrated with a resin coated heat radiator. The method of manufacturing an LED lamp having a case integrated with a resin coated heat radiator according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a first step of forming a copper film (22c), a second step of installing a power LED (10) to the upper part of two-sided board (FR-400 PCB)(20); a third step of inserting the heat radiator point (19) of the power LED (10) into the upper end of a heat transfer medium (30); a forth step of integrating an aluminum heat dissipation unit (60) and a case (70); and a fifth step of combining the case (70) and a PCB assembly (50).
