The present invention relates to an emergency switching circuit and the power conversion apparatus using the emergency switching circuit. The emergency switching circuit according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a pulse transformer (T1) addition wire coil unit (530); and a pulse path control unit (540). The pulse transformer (T1) addition wire coil unit (530) adds the wire N1 on the second side of a pulse transformer (T1) of a switching mode power supply (SMPS) used to supply power to the control units (431, 731) to leave a pulse voltage having the same frequency with a first side pulse on the wire N2 and N3 on the second side. The pulse path control unit (540) drives a pulse signal transmitting unit (541) to control the path of a driving pulse to output the pulse on the gates of a two-way SCR switch (510, 710).
