The present invention relates to a culturing method of lactic acid bacteria with excellent antioxidation activity using radiation irradiation. According to the present invention, the lactic acid bacteria have improved antioxidation activity by irradiating the lactic acid bacteria with radiation during a culturing process. The culturing method of the present invention: improves the antioxidation activity of the lactic acid bacteria with a culturing method which does not require a specific medium or genomic mutation; and is capable of providing the lactic acid bacteria, food containing thereof, cosmetics, or a pharmaceutical composition which can protect users from various diseases caused from oxidant stress.
