A ceramic paste composition according to the present invention includes a carbon nanotube or a carbon nanotube-metal composite and a silicone adhesive. The silicone adhesive includes 45 to 65 wt% of silica dioxide and 0.1 to 10 wt% of a silanol group, and the weight ratio of a methyl group to a phenyl group is 1:0.3-2.5. The ceramic paste composition according to the present invention has low sheet resistance. Accordingly, excellent heating, shielding, absorbing, and conducive properties can be exhibited. Moreover, even though the ceramic paste composition has a very high heating temperature which is 400C compared to general carbon nanotube-based paste, the properties of the ceramic paste composition can be stably maintained, and the characteristics of ceramic paste can be exhibited. Furthermore, the ceramic paste can be easily produced into a sheet-type conductive film through a simple process, and the sheet-type conductive film can be widely used in various fields including heating products, electromagnetic wave shielding and absorbing products, electrodes, electronic circuits, and antennas.
