The present invention relates to a method for nano-welding and micro patterning using an optical energy and growth controlling of a nanowire, which provides a micro patterning method nano-welding and nano-patterning of a nanowire mounted on a substrate using an optical energy, then coating the surface of the nanomaterial with a polymer material.
