The present invention relates to a biometrics-based intelligent wheelchair robot for the rehabilitation of upper and lower limbs and, more specifically, a biometrics-based intelligent wheelchair robot for the rehabilitation of upper and lower limbs capable of performing the rehabilitation exercise of upper and lower limbs of a wheelchair passenger. The biometrics-based intelligent wheelchair robot for the rehabilitation of upper and lower limbs comprises: a wheelchair; a bio-signal measuring part for measuring the bio-signal of the wheelchair passenger; an upper limb rehabilitation tool part loaded on the wheelchair to exercise the upper limb of the wheelchair passenger; a lower limb rehabilitation tool part loaded on the wheelchair to exercise the lower limb of the wheelchair passenger; and a control part for controlling the motion of the upper and lower limb rehabilitation tool parts by analyzing the signal measured from the bio-signal measuring part.
