The present invention relates to a control system for an end-effector of an automatic robot and a method thereof and, more specifically, to a control system for an end-effector of an automatic robot and a method thereof capable of controlling all kinds of end-effectors with the simple change of a control program by providing a graphic language-based program generation environment including libraries formed of programming languages to be appropriate for the control of motors and controlling the driving of each motor in the end-effectors based on the control program generated in the environment. The control system for an end-effector of an automatic robot comprises: a control program generation device for providing the graphic language-based control program generation environment to a user by loading a graphic language-based software including the libraries formed of the programming languages to be appropriate for the control of the motors; a control device for controlling a motor driving part based on the control program generated by the control program generation device; and the motor driving part for driving at least one servo motor.
