1. A method of manufacturing a structural part provided with at least one hollow profile (14) from a fibrous composite material with steps: a) manufacturing a workpiece (1) of a structural part from a fibrous composite material; b) heat treatment of the workpiece (1) of the structural part; c) closing the open ends (16, 18) of the hollow profile (14) with one plug (2, 3), respectively; d) checking the heat-treated workpiece (1) of the structural part with ultrasound using a test method without destroying the material; e) machining preparations (1) of the structural part to obtain the finished structural part; e) removal of the plugs (2, 3); moreover, the corresponding plug (2, 3) is made of closed-cell foam or has them at least in its outer contour. 2 . The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the closing of the open ends (16, 18) of the hollow profile (14) in step c) occurs with the help of a plug (2, 3), the foam of which is formed from polyethylene or mainly contains it. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the closure of the open ends (16, 18) of the hollow profile (14) in step c) is performed using a plug (2, 3), the foam of which has a density of at most 30 kg / m, preferably from 10 kg / m to 20 kg / m, even more preferably less than 18 kg / m, particularly preferably 15 kg / m.
