The invention relates to the automotive industry - namely to the devices for fastening the spare wheel and the additional equipment and can be used in vehicle operation. The technical result is to increase the variability of use of the device, its performance (the ability to adjust, access to the rear door of the vehicle), expansion of the range of adjustment of position of a spare wheel on the vehicle, as well as reducing the cost of a set of equipment for the car.
