FIELD: power engineering.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to facilities for ensuring safety in process of handling of ampoules with bundles of spent fuel elements of a high-power channel-type reactor RBMK-1000 into cases and is designed for use in a case assembling chamber (CAC) of a dry storage or at an NPP as an emergency tool. The device comprises a weight-lifting device (a bridge non-following electromechanical manipulator), installed in the case assembling chamber and a grip installed in a cavity of a sleeve, with sliding tabs inserted into its radial slots and controlled by a stem installed inside the sleeve. The sleeve is made as capable of its insertion into the ampoule lid with closed tabs, fixation of the sleeve in it with tabs open and is equipped with a fork, in the slot of which on the axis there is a head tail installed, which follows in its shape the ampoule lid, besides, the head tail is installed as capable of head rotation relative to the sleeve with a controlled force of 5-15 kg.;EFFECT: invention makes it possible to remotely engage and lift ampoules loaded with a bundle of fuel elements, if an ampoule drops when handled in a CAC.;2 cl, 4 dwg
