FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. In the process of implementation of method of obtaining information about physiological parameter and method of data analysis for determination of information about initial value of physiological parameter data from implanted limitation device for time period are collected. Collected data for, at least, part of period are analysed in data processing device. Rate of change of perceived parameter values for window within time period is calculated. Rate at which rate of change is changing is calculated. Rate of change is divided by rate, at which rate of change is changing, and multiplied by window period to obtain predicted time to the moment, when values of perceived parameter will have rate of change close to zero. Value of physiological parameter, when rate of change is close to zero, represents initial value.;EFFECT: increased accuracy of monitoring and control of parameters of implanted device.;28 cl, 77 dwg
