Skin around mammary gland is cut by semi-oval incisions in transverse direction 1-2 cm higher and lower than standard incisions. Tissue of greater pectoral muscle is excised to the depth to 2 mm on surface adjoining fascia. Wound cavity of axillary area is filled with excess deepithelialised cuteneous-adipose tissue flap of lateral part of chest wall.;EFFECT: method prevents lymphorrhagia in axillary area, ensures reduction of treatment terms, reduces cosmetic defect after radical mastectomy.;1 ex
