DEVICE FOR INVESTIGATION OF OPEN SHAFTS OF MULTIBRANCH HORIZONTAL WELLS

FIELD: oil and gas industry.;SUBSTANCE: device includes a string of hollow sealed pipes, which is lowered to a well, and a geophysical instrument providing performance of geophysical investigations. On the lower end of the hollow sealed pipe string there installed is a hydraulic diverter providing penetration into an open shaft of the multibranch horizontal well. The lower end of the hydraulic diverter is equipped with a stock and an easily-drilled broken-down nozzle with a calibrated hole; with that, the broken-down nozzle is fixed in an initial position with a shear pin with possibility of being destructed in the operating position with a forcing-through plug under action of excess pressure in the hollow sealed pipe string; the geophysical instrument is equipped with a stiff cable, by means of which the geophysical instrument is lowered from the well head to the pipe string.;EFFECT: performing selective geophysical investigations in open shafts of a multibranch horizontal well.;3 dwg
