FIELD: biotechnology.;SUBSTANCE: invention is a recombinant plasmid DNA pHILP07 directing the synthesis of the human hybrid protein with human proinsulin Lispro, containing the DNA encoding the human protein with human proinsulin Lispro with size of 134 amino-acid residue with the amino acid sequence, shown in Figure 2, comprising the amino acid sequences of the leader peptide in the form of the N-terminal fragment of human gamma-interferon connected to proinsulin Lispro by the peptide linker. Based on the recombinant plasmid pHILP07 the strain Escherichia coli JM109/pHILP07 is obtained, which is the producer of the human protein with proinsulin Lispro, registered in the federal state unitary enterprise State Research Institute of Genetics RNCIM under the number B-11410.;EFFECT: invention enables to simplify the technology of isolation of insulin Lispro and to increase its output.;4 cl, 2 dwg, 2 ex
