FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: after recipe components preparation one performs meat chopping and bulb onions cutting and sauteing in melted butter. Ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake is poured with bone broth and maintained for swelling. The listed components are mixed with part of pumpkin seeds extraction cake, salt and red hot pepper to produce mince. One performs fresh white cabbages chopping, freezing and mixing with the remaining pumpkin seeds extraction cake and mealing crumbs. The mixture of cabbages with crumbs and mince are packed in layers into a container and poured with sour cream. Then one performs sealing and sterilisation.;EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
