FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in treating patients with Reinke oedema. The Lumenis SHARPLAN 30C CO₂ laser with the Acuspot-712 adapter having a power of 1-1.5 W in a superpulse mode is used to make an incision of a mucous membrane of the upper vocal fold along a free end throughout the oedema. An electric suction machine is used to remove mucous exudate from a submucosal space. The mucous membrane is placed back, modelled for the defect closure and fixed to substructures with the Hemo-Compact glue.
