FIELD: chemistry.;SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of a hydrochloric acid solution of tin (II) chloride dehydrate with tin concentration of 7 mg/ml, for which purpose 0.07 g of tin (II) chloride dehydrate and 0.2 ml of 1 M hydrochloric acid are slowly mixed, dissolution is carried out in an inert gas (argon) medium, when dissolution finishes, distilled water is added and the solution volume is brought to 10 ml. Then 0.015-0.025 ml of the prepared solution are taken and mixed with 5-6 mg of a ciprofloxacin hydrochloride substance, the obtained solution is frozen at a temperature of liquid nitrogen, placed into a sublimator chamber and subjected to freeze-drying at a temperature of -50°C, vacuum 0.09 Torr for 24 hours, after which it is transferred into an upper freeze-drying chamber and after-dried at a temperature of +15°C for 4.5 hours.;EFFECT: increased storage term of the reagent due to an increase of its stability.;1 tbl, 1 dwg, 1 ex
