The change of the swirl of the gas turbine exhaust gases under conditions deviating from the layout represents a major cause of the exhaust diffuser inefficiency, which affects the gas turbine output disadvantageous. Conventional ways to control the spin, such as bubbles, and sucking vortex generation, are undesirable because they require parasitic power, are complex to design and weaken the exhaust energy. To overcome these shortcomings, according to the invention the shape memory devices (230) are integrated an exhaust diffuser of a gas turbine in struts (140). The shape memory means (230) change its shape according to the heat that can be applied by memory device heating devices (240). By controlling the memory device heating devices (240) that the shape memory means (230) of heat supplied can be controlled. The shapes of the struts (140) can be changed by changing the forms of the shape memory device (230) in consideration of load conditions to increase efficiency.
