The leveling shoe has a base plate (1) with a base surface (2) for placing on the base. A carrier plate (4) is movable perpendicular to the base surface by an adjusting wedge device (5) using a wedge (6,7). The carrier plate has a carrier surface (3) for an object. A measuring unit (40) is integrated, by which the statistic or dynamic loads of the objects placed on the carrier plate are determined. The measuring unit compares relative length changes between the unloaded state of the leveling shoe and the object placed on it, from which the loads are determined.
