The software or computer implemented method involves digitizing text, e.g. by a user of a flat bed scanner, where the address of a receiver is added. The digitized messages are transferred by Internet to a national central or a local device for transformation of the information. The digital data is transformed into analog data, if required, where the print out or transformation of the messages and possibly attached attachments take place in a format, which corresponds to a normal mailing system. The message is provided as post card, envelope, letter or in such manner.
