The device (1) has a remote unlocking unit (7), which comprises a remote unlock code generator (8) and an in-vehicle remote reset controller (9), which are associated within an active connection range. A vehicle access element (5) automatically changes from close state (12) to open state (13) according to unlocking condition. A conditioning module is formed in the code generator and the in-vehicle remote reset controller, so that the vehicle access element automatically changes into the open state by timed conditioning defaults during approaching the remote unlock code generator.
