The method involves supplying the carrier gas to a jet nozzle (1). The jet nozzle is provided with a converging portion (7) with a throat (6). A diverging portion (8) is arranged subsequently to the converging portion. The water or liquid substance is metered in or after the throat of the jet nozzle and is fed into the carrier gas flow. The mixture of the carrier gas and water or liquid substance, is accelerated in the jet nozzle. An independent claim is included for a device for cleaning surfaces of rotor blades used in wind-power plant.
