The transmission switching device (6) has a gearshift lever (4) that is longitudinally movable along a lever-side pivot axis, and is pivotally mounted on a shift rod. Two rocker-side rollers are rotatably mounted around the gearshift lever-side pivot axis. The rollers are operatively connected with the shift rod, such that the rocker-side rollers rotate in opposite directions around the pivot axis upon movement of the gearshift lever along the rocker-side pivot axis. A transmission equipment (9) connects the rocker-side rollers with transmission-side rollers in an individual manner.
