The conveying device (5) has a cooling fluid pump (9) for conveying the cooling fluid, an electric drive motor (10) provided with an adjustable speed (D) and a controlling- or regulating device (17) for setting the speed. The controlling- or regulating device is arranged at or in a housing (24) of the drive motor. A cooling condition sensor (19) is connected to an input (18) of the controlling- or regulating device for detecting a controlled quantity (T) which represents the cooling condition of the cooling fluid or a goods to be cooled.
