The baby pillow (1) has a form- and material-fit integrated and all-round padded recess (4) for receiving a water bottle, where the recess holds the water bottle in the drinking position for food consumption of baby. A fixation is ensured with a baby seat by integrated fastening units on the baby pillow, particularly by flaps (8). The recess is rubberized for receiving the water bottle and is threaded for the removal of the liner, particularly a rubber band (9), by eyelets (10) which are arranged to the recess in a radial manner.
