The device has an electrical connector (12a) i.e. vehicle-side loading socket, connected with a corresponding connector (14a) and arranged at an electrical outer side of an interior (13a) of a motor car (11a) for electrical charging and discharging of an accumulator (10a). A locking mechanism locks an actuator to the electrical connector. An emergency operating mechanism is arranged at the outer side of the interior of the motor car, for mechanically operating the locking mechanism. An operating element i.e. lock, is mechanically connected with the locking mechanism.
