The method comprises: press curing a circuit board at appropriate temperature; heating the circuit board using a hot forming tool and simultaneously punching the board at a designated place; integrally forming a connector with a component (1) by heating a material surrounding a hole in the hot forming tool before the curing process and reducing the thickness such that an embossed area of the material is cut and shaped into a threaded portion in the form of a sheet metal nut (4) or a spring washer. The connector is integrally formed with the component using a laser beam. The method comprises: press curing a circuit board at appropriate temperature; heating the circuit board using a hot forming tool and simultaneously punching the board at a designated place; integrally forming a connector with a component (1) by heating a material surrounding a hole in the hot forming tool before the curing process and reducing the thickness such that an embossed area of the material is cut and shaped into a threaded portion in the form of a sheet metal nut (4) or a spring washer. The connector is integrally formed with the component using a laser beam. The embossed area is provided with radial directed halt lobes.
