The battery terminal cover (5) has a main portion that is connected with the mounting holes (4a,4b) at the battery housing of a starter battery (1) by using the fixing pins (6a,6b). The fixing pins are respectively provided with the disassembling units (10) which are arranged such that a disassembly force (F) is applied to the disassembling units with respect to a finger of a hand of a person, and a direct power flow for withdrawing the fixing pins from the mounting holes, in order to remove the main portion from the starter battery.
