Method for controlling drive train of motor vehicle, involves selectively raising or lowering engine speed of drive power motor before separation of coupling, and deriving speed of movement of clutch pedal from time-position curve
The method involves actuating a drive power motor (4), a manual transmission (5) and a coupling (8) by movement of a clutch pedal (10). The drive power motor is disconnected from a drive side by the coupling. The engine speed of the drive power motor is selectively raised or lowered before separation of the coupling. The movement of the clutch pedal is monitored, recorded and/or used to determine a time at which a separation of the coupling is to be expected. The speed of movement of the clutch pedal is derived from the time-position curve. An independent claim is also included for an apparatus for controlling drive train of the motor vehicle.
