The system (30) has battery strands (28) comprising battery modules (16) between load-far ends (27) and load-near ends (26). The battery modules are decoupled from the batter strands by controlling the battery strands. The battery modules comprise battery cells (14) connected in series and provided with the battery strands. The load-far ends of the battery strands are connected with each other. The battery modules are connected parallel to a direct current (DC)/DC converter (2). An output (4) of the converter is connected with an input (32) of a multi-phase electromotor (40). The DC/DC converter is designed as a full bridge converter, a buck converter, a boost converter, a flyback converter, a half bridge converter and a full bridge converter.
