The vehicle (1) has a dashboard and a windscreen (3), where an electroluminescence film is embedded in a given portion of the dashboard such that the electroluminescence film reflects radiated light by the windscreen. The electroluminescent film is covered in the given portion by a prism sheet. The windscreen is coated at a predetermined portion with a reflecting transparent film. The electroluminescent film has a matrix structure, and individual matrix elements are separately and electrically controlled.
