The device has aliquoting structures (2, 4) distributing liquids into first- and second set of assigned dosing chambers (18a, 18b) of two volumes. A first channel structure (22a) connects a first number of the first set of chambers and a second number of the second set of chambers with a primary chamber (24a). A second channel structure (22b) connects a third number of the first set of chambers and a fourth number of the second set of chambers with a secondary chamber (24b), where a ratio of the first number to the second number differs from a ratio of the third number to the fourth number. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for forming a combination of two liquids with different ratios (2) a method for manufacturing a device for forming a combination of two liquids with different ratios.
