The arrangement (2) has drive element that is connected to primary element (4) against action of secondary element (6). A spring element has annular spring (12) that is fixed between primary element and secondary element at specific distance. A pressure element (16) is connected in such way that the annular spring at rest position leaves between primary element and secondary element, and the pressure element is deformed in such way that counteracting restoring force is produced between primary element and secondary element in circumferential direction of rotation.
