The device (1) has a lens (6) attached with an optical sensor (3) in which a membrane (5) is inserted. An ultrasonic sensor (2) and the optical sensor are integrated with each other. The optical sensor is approximately equal to a measurement axis to the ultrasonic sensor. The ultrasonic sensor and the optical sensor are arranged in a common housing (4). A piezoelectric ceramic (7) is arranged in the membrane. A damping material (8) surrounds the piezoelectric ceramic. A boundary (17) is provided between the damping material and an optical path (9) of the optical sensor.
