The arrangement has a separation layer (3) made from electrochemical inert material and formed between an electrochemical noble material component (1) and a metallic connection partner (2). The separation layer is formed with a metallic core layer (3.1), where a surface of the separation layer is coated with an electrochemical inert valve metal oxide layer (3.2). Layer thickness of the oxide layer amounts between 1 and 10 micrometers. The metal oxide layer encloses the core layer. An elastomer sealing layer is attached to the separation layer. The separation layer is designed as a plated support or spacer component.
