Composite material comprises: a top layer (1) comprising at least one layer of a solidified polyurethane dispersion or with solidified polyurethane; a middle layer (2) joined to the top layer comprising at least one layer made of soft polyvinyl chloride (PVC), PVC plastisol, PVC polymer, PVC copolymer and/or PVC mixed polymer; and a support layer (3) connected with the middle layer comprising a layer of polyester-based polyurethane foam, preferably an open-cell polyurethane peeling foam, which is formed with a polyester foam layer on the middle layer. Composite material comprises: a top layer (1) comprising at least one layer of a solidified polyurethane dispersion or with solidified polyurethane; a middle layer (2) joined to the top layer comprising at least one layer made of soft polyvinyl chloride (PVC), PVC plastisol, PVC polymer, PVC copolymer and/or PVC mixed polymer; and a support layer (3) connected with the middle layer comprising a layer of polyester-based polyurethane foam, preferably an open-cell polyurethane peeling foam, which is formed with a polyester foam layer on the middle layer comprising a thin microfibre fleece or a fabric layer, lay-up layer, hand knitted fabric-layer or a polyester fabric layer, laid fabric-layer, pluck-layer, crocheted-layer or knitted-layer.
