The clutch has two coupling halves (1, 2) connected to a drive (6) i.e. drive motor, and a working machine (7) e.g. generator. The coupling halves are divided into two parts that are arranged free of contact with each other such that current flow takes place between the two parts. The two parts define a hollow space, which contains an electrically insulating body (4). The hollow space and the insulating body are arranged such that rotational torque is transmitted from one of the part to other part during operation, where the insulating body is made from thermoplastic resin and polyamide. The two parts are designed as a hub and a hub surrounding ring. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle drive train.
