The device has a circular disc whose two opposite blank dies are provided in the form of parallel secants. A holding unit (1) forms two opposite annulus center projections (4) with respect to the opposite blank dies in the direction of towards circular ring center. The distance corresponding to the thickness of the circular disc is formed between the stop edge and the projections towards the top surface of the holding unit, in order to establish a positive connection between the circular disc and holding unit by the relative rotational movement of circular disc and holding unit. An independent claim is included for incorporation lamp.
