The fastener (10) has a fastening element (20) that includes fastening bolt receiving portion (22) for receiving a fastening bolt (12). A disc element (40) is connected to the fastening element by insertion of a holding unit (50) in central opening (46) of the disc element, for connecting the bolt in fastening element. The holding unit is fixed by engagement of holding receptacle (84) in the holding unit with the fastening and disc elements by relative movement of the holding unit in direction of the fastening and disc elements.
