The loudspeaker has a loudspeaker membrane (2) comprising a centering unit in the form of a ball calotte (21a), and a distance piece (3) surrounded by a copper wire coil (4), where the calotte has diameter lying between 0.1 to 20 mm. The distance piece has a hemispherical centering unit (31a) that is engaged into the ball calotte, where the membrane is manufactured by a deep drawing mandrel. A seam is designed in the form of a ring running around the membrane and formed at an edge of the distance piece, where breadth of the seam is smaller than dimension of the calotte of the membrane.
