The device has a torsion spring (5) arranged in a spring cassette, which is fastened with a cam shaft of a combustion engine. The torsion spring is radially and outwardly provided with multiple radial inner rings (3). A pre-mounted component is fastened at the device. Two ends (7, 8) of the torsion spring are fixed on two movable components (4, 6). The movable components are aligned with each other in layer-fixed connectors for fastening the inner rings in direction of the device. The spring is secured by a backup part (14) in an opposite side of the components. The movable components are designed as disks.
