The actuator unit has actuator pins (2,3) which are moved out of an actuator guide portion (1), and contacted with a groove of a sliding cam system. An anchor element (10) is operatively connected and loaded along a direction of a spring. The anchor element is slid by an electromagnetic coil element (8) in a direction of the actuator pins. The anchor element is controlled by a rotating device. The actuator pins are displaced by the electromagnetic coil element according to operation of rotating device.
