The device has externally accessible input units (EI, EU) arranged within a housing (G). Analog electrical signals (I, U) are provided in the input units. A controller (CC) comprises a software that is utilized to calculate size of an electrical power supply based on digitized electrical signals and calibration parameters. A radio interface (RFID) is included in the device. A memory (M) i.e. EEPROM, is provided in the radio interface. The controller is attached to a memory unit that is placed above the radio interface.
