The device (10) comprises multiple heat sources (11) that are equipped with a power supply for multiple induction coils. A heat pipe (12) is arranged between the heat sources and a heat sink (13). The heat pipe is provided for radiating heat from the heat sink to the heat sources. The heat sink is provided for removing heat from the heat sources. The heat sink is associated with a fan for dissipating heat. The heat pipe, the heat sources and the heat sink are thermally conductively connected together. An independent claim is included for an induction hob.
