The exchanger (1) has a multipart housing (9) arranged in fluid communication with a fluid source over fluid ports (6, 7), and through which the fluid flows. The housing is formed by a housing upper part (3) and a drip-tray type housing base part (2) that comprises a bottom region and a partly rotated edge region (6). The housing upper part or housing base parts are made of plastic material and metallic material or composite material. Flow guide elements (4, 5) e.g. bars, are arranged in inner side of the housing.
