The method involves forming a frame using a single section (10) obtained by pultrusion of composite material composed of glass fiber reinforced polyester resin, where section has sectors (11, 16, 20) in the shape of U to form anchoring cavities communicating with an internal volume of a casement. Covering sheets (26, 28) are positioned on both sides of the frame. The volume is filled with a filling material (30) obtained by injection of foam mixture, which penetrates in the cavities and forms rigid foam through polymerization. The foam is connected to the section and sheets by adherence. An independent claim is also included for a panel comprising a frame.
