The suspension (1) has an elastically deformable blade (2) or a flat spring, where an end (3) of the blade is provided with a connecting unit (4) for connecting the blade to a frame of a vehicle, and another end (5) of the blade is provided with a helical spring (6). The spring is provided with an attachment unit (7) for securing the spring to the frame. The blade comprises a coupling unit (8) for coupling the blade to an axle. The former end of the blade is bent in a direction of the latter end of the blade and against the spring. The spring is placed at a level of a counter elbow part (10). An independent claim is also included for a rolling vehicle.
