The device has quartz or glass pyramids (3) crossed at centers and through bases by a beam of light from two LED lamps (4). The lamps are secured to rotary motors (5). The bases of pyramids are fixed on the motors and tilted with respect to each other in order to form a certain angle. The pyramids rotate at a preset speed. The motors have a predetermined angle with respect to vertical. A water tank (1) is vertically in line with intersection of the beams. Water droplets (2) from the tank pass through a cut angle of the light beams for producing chemical reaction to release energy.
